Halloween Brew

I have been the neglectingest blogger ever, but I blame this boy:

Hehehe. He will be so angry at me when he realizes that I have written a blog post entirely about him, but right now he's on a transatlantic flight and won't be able to do anything about it for at least another 12 hours. So, while there's still time, let's all please appreciate this stunning resemblance:

The laughing, skeptical eyes, the devil-may-care posture, the leather jacket...

Anyway, sorry for the recent scarcity of posts. Apart from Brian's visit, school has been crazy (three oral presentations within two weeks!), I've been sick, and the trip to Amsterdam, which I realize I have yet to post about, took a lot out of me. I even managed to forget to post my picture from my last art class. I'll get on that soon. Forgive me?

Thanks to the boy, I've had an incentive this past week to do all the things I should h
ave done the first week I was here. For example: visiting Montmartre, going to the Louvre, seeing the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadéro, and eating onion soup. We had a blast being tourists. It was even fun when we greatly underestimated the distance between the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe and decided we could walk it in about 20 minutes...

Took some pictures on Brian's last day. How about this for autumn?

  1. Your autumn trumps my autumn. Is Halloween big in France??
